In the municipal dump of Oaxaca, Mexico a self governed group of 80 individuals and families eke out a living. Working in a landscape of garbage and flames, blanketed by smoke, along side bulldozers and garbage trucks, they do the impossible job of recycling what the rest of us can't be bothered to deal with.
